Weird check-in experience

Checked in and got a room that was still occupied! Walked in to lights and TV on, and dirty towels everywhere. The desk service was kinda slow, took forever to get help. The bistro was okay for a quick bite, though. Just gotta be ready for a bit of chaos when you check in.
